GVMP was founded in 2010 with nothing more than a broom, a mop, and the vision of a college student determined to build something greater. What started as a one small office cleaning job, quickly grew through referrals, leading to multiple clinics and commercial spaces. By 2014, Victor and his first employee, Rosita–still a part of our team today, were maintaining 15 facilities while he pursued his master’s degree.
In 2015, Victor left his banking career to pursue his dream of entrepreneurship and GVMP full-time, expanding services beyond cleaning into roofing, HVAC, and full facility maintenance. In 2021, Victor’s wife Itzel, joined him full-time after leaving her career in Pathology to build their family business together. With faith, discipline, and determination, GVMP transformed from a side hustle into a trusted , multi-state provider.
Today GVMP operates with 33 employees and partners across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California, serving businesses, government buildings, and medical facilities.
Since 2016, our mission has also included giving back–supporting over 50 churches through ongoing service and outreach.
With Victor and Itzel leading together, GVMP continues to grow by faith. What began as a necessity has become our purpose.
